1. The building typology that I am researching is a hotel.
2. I am researching this building typology because I want to study and analyze a new building typology that I had not been able to explore before.

     5.  My goals for working with this building type are to create a space that will give the guests a sense of
          tranquility and serenity, without leaving the hectic environment that characterizes New York City.

          staff offices, guest rooms, restrooms, fitness center, spa.
