After doing some research, these are some of the layouts that I chose to use as guidelines once I start designing each different space. Notice that some of the drawings are not drawn to scale and the dimensions that I show are the ones that I will use in my project.
Hi Emilie! Anything on site analysis yet? I would suggest a 3D model of the immediate context to be able to get a feel for the opportunities for daylighting in your spaces, views (internal or external?) for the fitness center, restaurant views or link to outdoor seating?
ReplyDeleteI know some of these will be answered in your concept diagram but consider it a prompt to remember adjacency considering these sized spaces.
